Reservations

 

Reservations are required to access our facility and must be done online through our website. Spa slides and towels are provided.

 

Code of Conduct

 

Bathing suits and Sandals/boots are to be worn at all times at our facility.

​

Smoking, vaping or being under the influence of drugs or alcohol is prohibited.

​

Cellphone use on site is not allowed in sauna or tubs.

Eligibility/Medical Recommendations

 

Access to The Rustic Bend Retreat is reserved for guests 18 years and older, unless accompanied by an adult.

 

The thermal experience is not recommended during pregnancy.

 

You are strongly advised to consult with your healthcare professional before booking and if you suffer from specific health conditions such as heart/circulation problems, hypertension/hypotension, cancer, diabetes or respiratory problems.

 

If you suffer from a contagious disease or have an active skin disease, we ask that you do not visit our facilities.

 

 

Disclaimer of liability

 

As the weather conditions are beyond our control, we may temporarily close our facility when necessary.

 

When entering our sauna, please stay away from heat sources to avoid burns.

 

Guests are to be mindfull of wet areas to avoid slipping or falling.

 

The Rustic Bend is not responsible for any lost, forgotten, damaged, or stolen personal items on our site.

 

 

Cancellation policy

A late cancellation or missed reservation leaves an space in the schedule that could have been filled by another guest.

​

Reservations remain 100% refundable to the original method of payment if cancelled at least 48h before your reserved time slot.

Cancellations made between 24-48h prior will be entitled to a full reservation credit in the form of a gift certificate that will be sent to the main email used for the booking.

Guests who notify less than 24 hours in advance, will be charged 50% of the price of the thermal experience.

 

By signing below, I hereby release, waive, and discharge The Rustic Bend Retreat, its administrators, employees, officers, agents, successors, heirs, and assigns from any and all liability, claims, demands, or legal actions arising from my visit to the spa.

 

I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand this Waiver and Release, and that I am signing it voluntarily, without any inducement or assurance of any kind. I intend for this document to serve as a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the fullest extent permitted by law, in connection with my visit to The Rustic Bend Retreat. In the event that any part of this Waiver and Release is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

If I am signing this waiver on behalf of a minor, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor and have the legal authority to do so. This Agreement shall be binding on me and the minor, as well as our respective estates, heirs, administrators, and assigns. This Waiver and Release shall be governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick.
